Neal Kojima

Neal was admitted to the California bar in 1990, and practices in all California district courts and the Ninth Circuit. For the last twenty years Neal has represented domestic and London insurers as coverage counsel with respect to a wide variety of policies and fact patterns, including Personal Auto, Business Liability, Excess and Umbrella Liability, Director’s and Officer’s Liability, Employer’s Liability and Professional Liability. Neal also advises clients with respect to regulatory and compliance issues.

Prior to joining Woolls Peer Dollinger & Scher Neal worked for four years at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker, and four years at Traub Lieberman, Straus & Shrewsberry, where his work included coverage in the mass tort context. Neal is skilled in both first party property and third party liability coverage issues involving high-dollar and high-profile claims.
